Nalchajian Orthodontics

We loved our first experience at Nalchajian Orthodontics. All of the staff were warm and friendly. They displayed my a daughter’s name as a new patient while walking in, which made her feel special. They gave my daughter a tour and explained she is able to pick an ice cream after every visit. The facility itself was very nice and clean. I loved how thorough they were while explaining everything and I appreciated how they included my daughter in the conversation as well. We are excited for the future with them. I know my daughter will be in great hands.

I highly recommend this orthodontic office. From the very first visit, I have been impressed by how organized, professional, and efficient they are. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before being seen, which is almost unheard of these days. The assistants are consistently knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make sure I understand what to expect. I never feel rushed, and everyone in the office treats patients with genuine care and respect. It's clear that this team values both excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience. I'm very grateful to have found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Today I saw Natalie. She had to delete and add several attachments as I begin a new box of Invisalign braces. The process felt a little rough simply because of the tools involved, however, she was gentle in her technique. My biggest concern was that since my last visit, I have noticed that my two front teeth are touching or hitting my two bottom front teeth randomly when talking (without my braces on). She calmly reassured me that this new incident is temporary and that by the time I am done with wearing braces that this would not be recurring. I was relieved to hear that and appreciated her reassurance.

First time getting braces! The staff were warm and inviting the minute I walked in, and boy howdy did I get to meet several individuals. The wonderful administrative staff got me checked in before I immediately got handed off to the first individual who took all kinds of pictures of my mouth. Then the next person got me ready for the doctor, asked questions and answered questions. The main discussion was around habits and what kind of orthodontia would be the best fit for me. I thought I would want Invisalign, but that’s not a good fit for me personally. The doctor came in to do more assessments, ask more questions and talk about the treatment plan. Then we did the monies thing and got me into my very first set of braces with the doctor and yet another amazing individual helping me on my journey. We talked care, maintenance, and most importantly, band colors. I then proceeded to break one of my brackets within about an hour of leaving. I felt super embarrassed having to call them so soon, but they got me right back in to fix me up meaning I got to visit all my new friends right away and make a new one. They reassured me that I had no reason to feel embarrassed at all. I love that t
